Ray provides the best service of anyone I’ve seen. He remembers that we use a lot of water, so on days I forget to put the empty jugs out he always knocks to see if we need them swapped. Just a genuinely nice guy who cares about his clients. Can’t ask for more! Thanks Ray!

I like the phone call before each delivery. Even though I may not always be available to let my delivery driver inside. The drivers are fast and courteous. I don't get alot of junk emails. You don't try to upsell me at every turn. I pay you for a service and you provide that service quickly, efficiently, without alot of extra pressures. Peace of mind that if anything were to go wrong, I would get a service call in a timely matter and it would be fixed right... the first time!You have a good business! Keep up the good work!

Super friendly on the phone. Delivery is fast. The delivery man that delivers our water is friendly, doesn't act like it's a hassle. The woman that I speak with at the Culligan office is understanding when I need to cancel a delivery. The email notifications are a nice reminder.
